After searching online and trying several other bakeries, I finally found the cake I'm used to as a long-time Amsterdam resident. On the website, you can specify your preference. There's a choice of various fillings, and allergy information is provided with each product. Everyone loved the cake, as did the pastries, bread, and croissants, which you can choose from, and the onion bread. You can pick it up or have it delivered. I chose delivery, and the delivery time was clear. And it was delivered in a friendly manner.
